Welcome families to the event (check families off attendance list, answer questions)
Clean Up (to include scanning site for garbage, hauling remaining food/supplies/garbage/refundables to North parking lot)
Meet at North side parking lot - transport groceries/supplies from parking lot to picnic site, help with food and equipment set up (collapsible wagon highly recommended)
Come with your own ideas, or use ideas from past BBQ's (details can be provided)
