This role sets up, supervises and hands out refreshments to athletes at the finish line.  Exact times and meeting location to be confirmed closer to race date.

This role supports the Stadium Lead with Stadium operations during the races.  Includes handling timing transponders, bibs and other stadium activities.

This position controls access points crossing the track at Lanes 1 & 10. Exact meeting location and times will be provided closer to the race.

This role is responsible to operate start line equipment, manage start lists and ensure athletes start the race in accordance with the race protocols. Previous experience preferred.  Exact location and timing will be confirmed closer to race day.

This role helps to coordinate athletes at the start line, ensure that all athletes are lined up according to race number, and generally supports the starter and timing lead.  Exact timing and location to be confirmed closer to race day.

Manage the athlete chips, assign them to athletes based on number and ensure collection and organization of chips at the end of each race session.

Using electronic and/or paper tools, record finish order of athletes.

This role is located on the biathlon range during both the morning and afternoon races.  You will be responsible for operating an electronic range recorder to track the number of target hit for scoring purposes.  Training is provided at volunteer check in before the first race of the day. Additional details on meeting time will be provided closer to the race.

Volunteers for this role are assigned as needed on the day of the race wherever they are needed.  These roles are generally outside on the range or the course.  Exact details about time and location will be provided closer to race day.

Volunteers in this role will take the bibs at the noon break home to wash. Bibs from the Saturday morning session should be washed and returned at the end of the same day so they can be prepped for Sunday morning races.

Record athlete bib numbers using electronic and/or paper tools in the penalty loop.

This role involves setting up the volunteer registration and tracking system, checking in volunteers, and assigning tasks. The position requires calmness under pressure, patience, and comfort with computers. You will also be the go-to person for volunteers on race days.

This position focuses on organizing refreshments and prizes, arranging for food deliveries, and managing logistics at the finish area. It involves some pre-race organization, but you will have the chance to watch the races as well.
